Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch. Processing Includes Order Verification, Quality Checks & Packaging. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is handed off to the shipping carrier.

During holidays or peak periods, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Delivery times begin after dispatch and vary by region:

If an address issue is detected, our team will contact you within 3 business days.
No response within this time may result in order cancellation and a full refund.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked delivered by the carrier, Neirraiya is not responsible for loss or theft.

If your package is missing:

  3. File a claim with the courier — we’ll support you in the process.

In some cases, a one-time replacement may be offered at our discretion.
